WAZOBIA MARKET FAMILY FUNFAIR 2026 VENDOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between EMITO FOUNDATION ("Organizer") and the Vendor ("Vendor") for participation in the WAZOBIA Market Family Funfair on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in Houston, Texas.

  1. Incorporation of Vendor Package and Event Policies

    Vendor agrees to abide by all requirements outlined in the 2026 WAZOBIA Market Family Funfair Vendor Package.

  2. Compliance with Laws and Permits

    Vendor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  3. Security Coordination

    Vendor acknowledges that event security is coordinated through Organizer and HPD.

  4. Booth Space

    Vendor is assigned a specific booth space only.

  5. Food and Beverage Vendors
    • Present all required permits.
    • Maintain ware washing facilities.
    • Provide hair restraints.
    • Maintain sanitizer concentrations.
    • Install protective floor coverings.
    • Maintain handwashing stations.
    • Follow safe food temperature controls.
  6. Prohibited Activities
    • No drones without written approval.
    • No propane tanks without permission.
  7. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal

    Vendor shall maintain booth cleanliness.

  8. Vendor Conduct

    Vendor agrees to operate professionally.

  9. Event Schedule and Check-out

    Vendor may not leave festival grounds without permission.

  10. Termination and Eviction

    Organizer reserves the right to terminate participation.

  11. Indemnification

    Vendor agrees to indemnify Organizer and the City of Houston.

  12. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by Texas law.

  13. Media Release

    Vendor consents to use of likeness for promotional purposes.
